Update: Jim and Sue were both hospitalized again in different hospitals for surgeries. Jim finally got his cranioplasty and Sue had to be taken by ambulance, shortly after Jim went in, because of several abdominal pain. She had to have surgery on her stomach. She is healing at a family member’s house and Jim is set to go back to the same family members house as early as tomorrow! We have so much confidence in their strength and we know they will both continue to heal, in time. The rescue is still here and we still have fosters that require vetting, food, medicine, etc…We could really use some donations if anyone can find it in their hearts to do so. Thank you all!
As many of you may know, our Director and her husband have been in and out of the hospital with very serious injuries/illnesses and we have been really stretched thin but are committed to the animals we have rescued.
Thankfully, Jim and Sue are able to be together now, in a family members home who is caring for them both.
We still have many dogs that are in need of homes and we have some youngsters that we have been asked to find good homes for.
The rising cost of pretty much everything has really taken a huge toll on the rescue and the volunteers but we continue to do the best we can until we find their forever families. Our adopters, donors, and rescue friends are truly wonderful and really make a difference in our lives and the lives of our rescues.
We are always in need of fosters as well as supplies such as: DOG FOOD, PUPPY FOOD, Flea/Tick prevention, paper towels, puppy pads, blankets, towels, toys, meds, spray cleaners, laundry detergent, etc…
We will continue this life saving work but really need your help right now. Please, please donate, even if it is only $5 it can help in so many ways! If everyone that reads this donated something, it would be make such a huge difference.
We are always in desperate need of dog food. We really don’t like asking for help but the dogs and cats we have rescued deserve it. We are always low on funds and have so many who show up on our doorstep needing help.
