"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." John 13:34-35

One of STYFC's goals is to create spaces where young people can belong. Visit the link in our bio to learn more about how you can support the work of creating godly community on campuses across South Texas.

The Gospel is too good to keep to ourselves.

Every conversation, every act of service, and every relationship is an opportunity to point the next generation to Jesus. We believe God is at work in the lives of young people, and we are grateful to have a front-row seat.

Students are hungry for the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The numbers tell us something important about this generation, but they also remind us why showing up matters. YFC leaders build authentic Christ-sharing relationships with young people and create opportunities for them to experience the hope of Jesus.

There is so much work to do, and we believe this generation is worth showing up for. Learn more about ways you can support this work at the link in our bio.

Some of the most life-changing conversations happen when a young person knows they have a safe place to be honest.

Being a mentor is more than just giving advice. It's someone who shows up without judgement and reminds students that they are seen and valued.

Every young person deserves safe adults in their corner. If you are interested in learning more about how you can become a mentor with STYFC, visit the link in our bio.

Jesus calls us to love radically.

To help the needy. To care for those who hate us. To willingly walk back into a middle school hallway after we promised ourselves we would never return, simply because we know there are students that need to hear the Gospel. To provide a meal for hungry teens who might need to be reminded to say "thank you." There are so many ways we can live out the command in John 15.

How is God asking you to love others today?

Soon, our students will be back on campus to learn, and our missionaries will be back on campuses to reach students with the Gospel. Join us in praying for them as they prepare their hearts and minds to reach the next generation for Jesus!
