Latino Veterans in Action Representation matters. To find those needs, LVA needs to first find the root cause. We think so!

LVA is focused on creating social programs that address the opportunity gaps within the ever-growing Hispanic population in the United States. These programs will require collaborations with strategic partners to implement a sustainable force for developing programs that address such needs. Can Latino veterans serve as a catalyst to improve opportunity gaps in Spanish-speaking communities in the U

nited States? Whether is homeownership, Latinos in the c-suite, or Latinos as business owners, individuals from Spanish-speaking communities in the United States still show disparities across many fields, particularly in the business world. Latino veterans re-enforce their leadership skills, global management abilities, risk management assessments, and servant leadership applications through their military service.
