✨ Sharing the Blessings of Eid Through Service ✨
As part of our Eid al-Adha donation initiative, Raindrop Foundation San Antonio was honored to sponsor and serve a community meal at Faith Kitchen at Heaven for Hope on June 11.
Together with Faith Kitchen, our volunteers helped distribute 408 meals to 348 individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in our community.
The meal featured Beef Sauté prepared with meat donated during Eid al-Adha, rice, fresh salad, and rice pudding. Throughout the evening, many guests shared their appreciation, with several telling us, “The food was so good!” Those simple words were a powerful reminder of how meaningful a warm meal and a welcoming smile can be.
We are deeply grateful to Faith Kitchen, whose dedicated staff and volunteers serve three meals a day, 365 days a year, with unwavering compassion and care. Their work is a blessing to our community.
Thank you to all of our volunteers, donors, and community partners who helped make this meal possible. Through your generosity, Raindrop Foundation was able to share the blessings of Eid with our neighbors and transform compassion into action.
