November 2-4, 2026 in North Zulch, Texas. Three days built specifically for the men who spend every other week carrying everyone else.

No performing. No sermon to prep. No one needing anything from you.

Most people can tell you exactly what they want God to fix. Almost none can name what’s underneath it.

The prayers sound right. Make me less angry. Make me want this less. Make me better at loving the people in my house. All good prayers, all aimed one layer too high.

What actually needs healing is usually the thing you’ve never said to another human being. Not because you’re hiding it. Because nobody has ever asked you a question big enough to get there.

That’s most of what we do on a Crucible Project weekend. Not fixing. Asking.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself praying the same prayer you prayed last year.

The one decision they made? They said yes to a weekend they weren’t sure about...

Most of them hadn’t met before The Crucible Project. They’re still in each other’s lives.
Nobody walks in confident. Every man here showed up carrying something he’d never said out loud, and found out he wasn’t the only one.
The weekend ends. These guys don’t.

It isn’t that men don’t want someone like that. It’s that nobody shows you where to find him, and nobody wants to be the first to ask.

There’s a whole community of men who will take that call. Most of them met on a Crucible weekend and never left each other.

These are the three real questions most men never get asked:

When was the last time you cried, and who was there?
What are you carrying that nobody knows about?
Who are you when nobody needs anything from you?

Read them again. Notice how long it takes to answer.

That pause is the point. It's not that men don't have answers. It's that most men have never been in a room where anyone wanted one.

Men get asked how work is going. How the family is. Whether they caught the game. All of it answerable without stopping to think, which is exactly why those are the questions we ask.

A Crucible weekend is 48 hours of the other kind. No performing, no fixing, no handling it alone. Just men asking each other real questions and staying in the room for the answer.
