You were never made to carry every heavy load or fix every problem by yourself.
Understanding Burdens
• Share the load: Scripture like Galatians 6:2 says to help others, but it means sharing weight, not taking on the whole world.
• Set boundaries: You need to rest and protect your own peace and health.
• Release control: Not every burden is yours to bear, and letting go is a healthy choice.
