SA West Rotarian Jerry Hardy (pictured with Past District Governors Kristy Vandenberg and Carol Holmes) was at the July 18th Kerrville flood relief supplies distribution. Items included mops, brooms, trash bags, bottled water, paper goods, diapers and cleaning supplies.

Rotary Christmas presents gift-wrapped for 32 children from families at our nearby partner elementary school. Generally includes a shirt, pants, shoes, a toy and a lot of love. A huge shout out to Dwayne and Anneka Hopkins for coordinating things and their abundance of goodwill.

Our Rotarians were at this month's opening of The Brain Center at the San Antonio Medical Center, home to the Biggs Institute and its alzheimer's disease research programs. Pointing out the plaque at the institute entrance acknowledging significant contributors from The Rotary Club of San Antonio West are John Paul Sullivan and Jane Luke Hill.
