We spent yesterday Celebrating World Accordion Day with our Alamo Angels, the Backyard Handchime Ensemble and special guest soloist Bob Bisciglia from Austin TX at the annual Zoo picnic sponsored by the Order of Alhambra. The MOST expensive ticket is ONLY $20 with FREE PARKING!!! If you can’t make it to this event and you still would like to support DFTM you can always make a tax deductible donation to our nonprofit at any time of the year and it will go 100% towards providing the adaptive music education and music therapy services that we have uniquely made available for the last 20 years.

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary
ALL YEAR Our Gala concert has been moved to July 17,2025 at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church @ 825 East Basse Rd (Please note CHANGE OF LOCATION) Featuring @ Stas Venglevski

Tickets range from $10 -$20 and PARKING IS FREE. Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!! There are discounted tickets available for those with Disabilities, Senior Citizens and US Military (Active, Reserve or Retired) as well as our essential 1st Responders (Firefighters, Police and EMS) Children’s tickets are also discounted.

Doors open at 6:00pm and the concert begins at 7:00pm If coming by ViaTrans please book your reservation as early as possible (4 days out) and ask to ARRIVE by 6pm and ask for a 9pm RETURN. A few of us came to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Houston to hear longtime friends (both personally and of DFTM) in performance with the Houston Accordion Orchestra. Great to see (and hear) Joan Sommers and Stas Vengleski in concert together today!!
