Once of our grant recipients this year Laura Van Prooyen stayed at The Writing Barn to complete my third collection of poems. The City of San Antonio has been working to launch an Arts & Culture community survey and it is finally ready! This survey will help them see where they have changed in the last two years and will also be used to measure their SA2020 goals for community satisfaction. The survey will be open and available until Tuesday, September 3.

Another thank you we would like to impart is to the 2019 AFSA Judges. They took on the difficult task of going through almost 150 applications collectively from widely talented local artists. Thank you for all of the hard work and dedication during the judging process.
