As Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) and Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA) prepare to merge October 1 and become Gift of Life Alliance (GOLA), we’re excited to announce three new members of the GOLA Executive Leadership Team!
Katelin Nicholes will serve as Vice President of Hospital Services. With extensive hospital and clinical experience, including serving as TOSA’s Director of Hospital Services since 2022, she will lead and align Hospital Services across our combined service area while strengthening the hospital partnerships at the heart of the donation process.
As Vice President of Operations, Shae Sosebee will oversee and align organ operations across GOLA, including clinical, surgical, and family services. Since joining STA in 2017, Shae has held roles spanning organ recovery, clinical services, and donation optimization, bringing deep operational and clinical expertise to this role.
Wayne Eaves will serve as Vice President of Donation Services, aligning donor referral, triage, placement, and allocation operations across GOLA. Since joining TOSA in 2022, Wayne has led the Donation Services Center and brings extensive experience in healthcare, workforce management, and large-scale operations.
Together, Katelin, Shae, and Wayne will play an important role in shaping GOLA’s future, strengthening our organization, and expanding the lifesaving impact of donation across the communities we serve!
