Happy National Vet Tech Week!

Thank you for the incredible work you do every single day. The theme this year is “Credentialed Veterinary Technicians: Endless Compassion, Expert Care; Celebrating the Soul of Veterinary Medicine.” That phrase perfectly captures how you show up for our animals, and we want to honor that dedication.

From administering daily treatments and assisting with complex procedures to monitoring recovery, your tireless efforts ensure the highest standard of care across the zoo. Your willingness to make time for voluntary training, offer helpful feedback, and equip keepers and animals to actively participate in their own healthcare makes all the difference.

Thank you for your late nights, early mornings, and the boundless heart you bring to your vital role. We truly couldn't do it without you. Your endless compassion and expert care are deeply appreciated and truly worth celebrating!
