Our community garden is growing, and we need your help to keep it blooming.

As we prepare for Together Tuesday, SA Hope Center is collecting garden donations to help care for our raised garden beds and create a beautiful space where flowers, vegetables, and herbs can grow.

Items are needed by June 19 for Together Tuesday.

Garden needs include:
Soil - 2 to 3 bags of 25 lb. soil per raised garden bed. Soil should be good for flowers, vegetables, and herbs.

Flowers and summer vegetables - Zinnias, marigolds, tulips, tomatoes, bell peppers, and okra.

Ziploc Bags - Quart-sized and gallon-sized bags

Every donation makes a difference and helps us continue growing hope in our community.

We are so grateful for the incredible team from Jefferson Bank who came out to serve at SA Hope Center and made an impact throughout our organization.

From sorting clothing in our boutique, refilling shelves and refrigerators in our food pantry, and organizing pallets, their team stepped in with willing hearts and helping hands to support the daily work that helps bring dignity, care, and hope to our participants.

Thank you, Jefferson Bank, for serving with compassion, generosity, and purpose. Your partnership helps us continue to nurture, empower, and transform lives in our community.

Are you ready for this?

At SA Hope Center, we came to win, not just on game day, but every day as we work together to make an impact in San Antonio.

Just like the Spurs, we believe winning takes teamwork, heart, discipline, and showing up for something bigger than ourselves. Our team brings that same energy to serving families, strengthening our community, and creating hope across our city.

Spurs pride. SA Hope Center spirit. One team. One mission. One San Antonio.

We were honored to welcome Pastor Mike with Ecclesia United SA to SA Hope Center for a tour of our campus and programs.

A special thank you to STCH Ministries, one of our valued community partners, for making this connection and introducing us to Pastor Mike.

We enjoyed learning more about the vision God has placed on Pastor Mike’s heart for the East Side and the incredible work Ecclesia United SA is doing to bring hope, healing, and transformation to their community.

May God continue to bless their ministry, expand their reach, and strengthen their mission as they shine His light throughout San Antonio.

TogetherTuesday is coming on June 23, 2026!

TogetherTuesday is a day of community action, generosity, and unity. It is a special opportunity for businesses, churches, organizations, and community partners to come together and support the work happening right here in San Antonio.

SA Hope Center is extremely excited to share that Allstate, led by owner Amanda Pennington, is participating with us for TogetherTuesday by hosting a Backpack & School Supply Drive to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.

The drive starts now through June 23, 2026, and community members are invited to support this effort by dropping off back-to-school items at one of three Allstate locations. Every backpack, notebook, pencil, and school supply donated helps a student start the school year with confidence and hope.

We are grateful for partners like Amanda Pennington and the Allstate team, who believe in showing up for families and serving our community. As they say, “You’re in good hands.”

Interested in partnering with SA Hope Center for TogetherTuesday?

Beatrice Casas, Community Engagement Manager, would love to share ways you can participate, whether that is volunteering at our location, coordinating a donation drive, or finding another meaningful way to support our mission.

Together, we can make a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to United Way for blessing SA Hope Center with shoeboxes filled with hygiene items and encouraging messages for our participants.

These thoughtful gifts were beautifully put together by San Antonio Food Bank (SAFB), San Antonio Shoes (SAS), and Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), and we are so grateful for the care, time, and generosity poured into each box.

Something as simple as hygiene essentials and words of encouragement can remind someone that they are seen, valued, and not alone. We are honored to pass these gifts along to the families and individuals we serve as they continue working toward stability and hope.

Thank you for partnering with us to love and support our community in such a meaningful way.
