Re: Process to Vote and Notice for Annual Meeting with Instructions

Dear Homeowner(s):

The call for candidates has been completed. The Association has received five (7) candidates for two (5) positions on the Board of Directors. Please take some time to review the “Board Candidate Forms” before the start of the voting process. You will find all “Board Candidate Forms” on the “Homeowner Portal” for your convenience.

What are the next steps in our process?

1. Election Begins: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 9:00 am. Homeowner can vote for candidates online (“Homeowner Portal”), absentee ballot (Emailed or Mailed), or may visit the Lifetime HOA Management office to vote in person. Instructions are enclosed.

2. Election Ends: Monday, April 20, 2021 at 4:00 pm.

3. Election Results: Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 7:00 pm the annual meeting will be conducted by utilizing teleconference tool GoToMeeting and in person at The Bridges Clubhouse. We will announce the winners of the election during the annual meeting.

We want to thank everyone who helped in getting the word out regarding the call for candidates and the election. It is important every homeowner vote (1 vote per unit) to elect our new members to the board. We need at least thirty percent (30%) to vote at a minimum for the election to be valid. If you have any questions during this process please call Lifetime HOA Management at 210-504-8484 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

In addition, per the governing documents of The Bridges Condominium Owners Association, an Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday April 20, 2021 at 7:00 pm online using teleconference tool GoToMeeting and in person at The Bridges Clubhouse.

We encourage your participation in the Association. As you know, the Association has many important functions, including maintenance of common areas and landscaping, budgeting for current and future expenses, communicating with owners, and managing/collection of assessments.

HOA Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month in the clubhouse, at 6:30pm. All are welcome!

Greetings Residents-

This is a friendly reminder that the 2019 Reconvened Annual Meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday May 21, 2019 at 6:30pm, located at the Bridges Condominium Clubhouse located at 11610 Vance Jackson. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the Association were not met at our last attempt. The purpose of the meeting is for the election of officers only. If you've already submitted your vote, either by mail, fax, or online and did not attend the meeting, you do not need to submit a new vote.

If you have not had a chance to vote, please go to the link below and select "2019 Board of Directors Election- Enter your Vote Now" on the right and side, or please come to the meeting on May 21st to vote in person. Be advised online voting closes the midnight before the reconvened meeting.

The 2019 Annual Meeting of The Bridges Condominiums Owners Association will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 7:00 pm at The Bridges Clubhouse located at 11610 Vance Jackson Road, San Antonio, Texas 78230.
This will be an excellent opportunity to hear and review of the Association's activities, finances and future plans.
