To provide psychological, social, economic, spiritual, educational, and physical services to the community, in order to bring wholeness to the common man daily.

Our Story

Dr. Robert Cockfield is currently CEO and Founder of Get Up Community Center Incorporated along with his wife Yolanda Cockfield, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director.

Robert Cockfield is a community activist, non-profit consultant, musician and motivational speaker. He has traveled the country teaching non-profit and business principles to small and large organizations for the past 30 years.

Yolanda and Robert Cockfield have been married for the past 34 years. They are the proud parents of 3 sons, and 1 grandchild. Yolanda Cockfield has practiced as speech therapist for the past 20 years.

They began GUCC May 18th, 2007 at 4417 and 4419 Rittiman Road, San Antonio, TX in a 2400 square foot facility from 2007 to 2008.
