🚨 STEAK DINNER UPDATE 🚨

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our First Steak Dinner of the Year scheduled for June 21st has been postponed.

The good news is that the event will be rescheduled for July, and all tickets already purchased will be honored at the new date. There is no need to purchase another ticket if you plan to attend the July event.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date and would like a refund, please submit your request to our Finance Officer at [email protected].

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support of American Legion Post 300. We look forward to serving up those legendary steaks very soon!

🇺🇸 TODAY WE SENT OFF OUR FUTURE LEADERS 🇺🇸

This morning, as Commander of William J. Bordelon Post 300, I had the honor of seeing off two outstanding young men as they begin their journey at Texas Boys State.

Programs like Boys State don’t happen by accident. They happen because veterans continue to invest in the next generation of leaders. For many young men, this week will be a life-changing experience that helps shape their understanding of leadership, citizenship, government, and service to others.

A special thank you goes to our Americanism Chairman, Jack Caniglia, for spearheading this effort and ensuring our Post remains committed to developing tomorrow’s leaders.

I also want to thank every member of Post 300 who pays their dues, supports our fundraisers, attends our events, and volunteers their time. Your support is what makes opportunities like this possible. Every burger sold, every raffle ticket purchased, every drink poured, and every membership renewed helps us invest back into our community and our youth.

These two Statesmen represent not only themselves and their families, but also the values of William J. Bordelon Post 300 and The American Legion.

Join me in wishing them the very best as they embark on this incredible journey.
