The is happening this Friday, May 8, and we are pumped to see our students level up their leadership and fitness! To make this Glow Fun Run a glowing success, we need your help on the sidelines.

Whether you’re fueling the runners at the Snack Table or helping students track their laps (and trust us, some of these Mustangs are ready to go the distance!), your energy makes all the difference.

We have several volunteer time slots available based on grouped grade levels. Please check the schedule and consider signing up for at least one block:

🎉 Exciting News Alert Mustang Family! 🎉

Our Apex Leadership Fundraiser is just around the corner, starting next week!

🚀 We're gearing up to raise funds for field trips, student enrichment, and community programing for Murray E. Boone Elementary, and we need your support!

🤝 We Need You! (Volunteer Opportunity)

We can’t do this without our amazing parent community! We are looking for volunteers to help make the Glow Fun Run a success. Whether you can spare a few hours or stay for the whole day, we’d love to have you there to cheer on the kids and help with the festivities.

We are so incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated team of teachers and staff! To us, they truly are the “Pot O’ Gold” for our kids every single day.

A vibrant rainbow of snacks was spotted in the breakroom today, and we hope everyone enjoyed this little colorful surprise!

Thank you for all the heart and hard work you put into our school community.

POST-GAME REPLAY: BOONE PTA TAILGATE! 🏈

Touchdown, Boone Elementary! Last Friday, the PTA hosted our Teachers’ Touchdown Tailgate to celebrate the real MVPs of our school, our incredible teachers and staff!

We turned the lounge into the "End Zone" and served up a game-day feast for all 85 of our amazing staff members. Our team made sure everyone stayed fueled with a fresh spread of hot pizzas, snacks, fruit, veggies, and plenty of "halftime" treats.

A huge thank you to our "Coaching Staff" (our volunteers) and every family who donated items. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide a full lunch for everyone and show our staff how much we appreciate their hard work every single day.

We are so lucky to have a team that goes the extra mile for our kids. Let’s hear it for the Boone Staff! 💙❤️🐴

A huge shout-out to Boone Elementary’s very own 4th-grade teacher and PTA member, Brianna Schermann, for winning a Family 4-Pack of tickets to see Shen Yun! We hope you and your family enjoy the show this weekend.

Mustangs: We Exceeded Our Fundraising Goal!

Hello amazing Boone Families,

We are absolutely blown away by the level of engagement and generosity shown during the PTA Fall Fundraiser! With your incredible support, we raised over $10,000! That is simply phenomenal! WOW!

Student Prizes & Spotlight

The final "Week To Win" prizes and Bullz Collectible prizes will be distributed this week. We truly hope your students loved receiving their prizes!

Top Sellers: Student Spotlight

Thanks to a generous donation from the San Antonio Missions Baseball Club, we'll be giving the top two student sellers a very special prize! Each student will receive a family 4-pack of box seat tickets to a future weekday game in the 2026 season.

A huge shout-out to the top sellers: one student in Flores’ 5th Grade class and one in Vasquez’s 3rd Grade class! We'll be in contact with the two families whose students had the top sales very soon. Congratulations to both of them!

Top Sellers: Classroom Spotlight

The final results are in! These classrooms are getting ready to celebrate their success with a special party on Friday, November 7th!

• 1st Place: Pizza, Pajama, and Plushy Party – Vasquez (3rd Grade) – $1,555
• 2nd Place: Pajama and Plushy Party – Flores (5th Grade) – $1,178
• 3rd Place: Pajama and Plushy Party – McDonald (Kinder) – $1,069
• Honorable Mention: Plushy Party – Vead (1st Grade) – $734
• Honorable Mention: Plushy Party – Schermann (1st Grade) – $679

Because of the amazing efforts of our entire Boone community, which helped us exceed our goal, we're expanding our celebration to the whole school in a fun way! All students will enjoy Extra Recess Time on November 7th!

Save The Date: Product Pickup Day

Please mark your calendar for Product Pickup Day on Monday, December 8th, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM.

Important Note: If your order includes cookie dough or other cold items, parents and guardians must pick up their student’s orders during this time. The PTA has no way to store frozen and cold items that are not picked up on time. Neither the PTA nor Cherrydale will be able to refund or exchange frozen items that are not picked up during the designated window.

If you need to make arrangements for someone else to pick up your student’s fundraising orders, please email us at [email protected] ASAP.

Funding Results

Once we cover our fundraising expenses, we’ll be sharing the final financial results and details on the funds raised at our PTA General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, December 9th. We look forward to showing you the impact of your incredible generosity!

Happy Monday! Let's Celebrate and Finish Strong, Marvelous Mustang Families!

Hello wonderful Mustang Families,

What an incredible run! Today is the absolute FINAL day of the Boone PTA Fall Fundraiser, and we are completely blown away by your energy, teamwork, and support. As of this morning, we've galloped to 99% of our goal! We are SO close to the finish line, and we are overflowing with gratitude for every single one of you.

It Takes Two: Our Last Call Challenge!

We're bringing the final weekend challenge into this last push! Let's make every moment count by challenging every student one last time to aim for:
• Selling at least two (2) items!
• Sharing their personalized link with at least two (2) last-minute supporters via text, email, or social media.

Remember, every student who sells at least two (2) items will earn a cool Bullz Collectible prize! And those who reach the 500 Coin Prize level get the fantastic Glow Fidget and Moola Collectible keyrings! Let's ensure every student is celebrated for their great effort!

The race for the End-of-Fundraiser Class Incentive Parties is down to the wire! The competition is fierce, and as the rankings shifted this weekend, anything can happen before the final bell. The top five (5) selling classrooms school-wide will win a special party. Every sale today makes a difference for our hardworking young entrepreneurs!
