💙🐴 POSITIVE SATURDAY | A LITTLE REMINDER FOR YOUR RIDING JOURNEY 🐴💙

Dressage is a journey, and no two journeys look exactly alike. ✨

Some days bring breakthroughs, some days teach us patience, and some days simply remind us why we fell in love with horses in the first place. ❤️

Whether you’re working toward your next level, preparing for a show, building confidence, or just enjoying time in the saddle, remember that progress is progress — no matter how small!

🌟 Let’s spread some positivity!

Tell us in the comments: What’s one thing you and your horse are celebrating this week? It can be a big accomplishment or a little win that made you smile!

Let’s cheer each other on and celebrate every step of the journey. 💙

🐴 Get to Know ADA: Meet Vera Muckleroy ❤️

Some people become part of the dressage community… and some people become part of its history. ❤️

This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Vera Muckleroy!

Vera has been a part of the Alamo Dressage Association community for many years and has played an important role in the organization, including serving as one of ADA’s early presidents. Today, she continues that commitment as our ADA Secretary.

But Vera’s love of dressage goes far beyond her work with ADA. She is still actively teaching and helping riders and horses develop their partnerships, sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her many years in the sport.

Vera has earned her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals and has brought multiple horses through the levels, including up to I-1.

One of the stories we love most is Vera’s partnership with her Quarter Horse, Flash Bid. Together, they trained through Third Level and earned Vera’s Bronze Medal — a wonderful example of what dedication, partnership, and good horsemanship can accomplish. 🐴❤️

Vera has also been a longtime contributor to the Region 9 dressage community and was honored as USDF Region 9 Horse Person of the Year in 2012.

And after all these years, Vera is still doing what she loves — riding, teaching, learning, volunteering, and helping grow the sport of dressage.

We are incredibly lucky to have someone with Vera’s experience, passion, and dedication as part of the Alamo Dressage Association family. ❤️

Thank you, Vera, for everything you continue to give to our riders, horses, and dressage community! 🐴
