Another day of Thanking the Blue! Dominion Country Club had our turkeys and all the fixings ready this morning to feed our SAPD officers again! I am in the midst of coordinating meals for the officers on New Years Day since most restaurants are closed. We will need some help with donations or adopting a sub. The average shift is 30 officers and we usually take care of the 2 shifts that aren’t home during meals, so a total of about 60 officers at 7 subs throughout the city.

Today is National Thank a Police Officer Day, if you see an officer while you are out and about Thank them for what they do. No gesture is too small, a nod, a smile, picking up their tab for a meal or just a plain old Thank You will do! They need it today and everyday. They need to know that our community supports and appreciates them for putting their lives on the line for you!

This place was fabulous when we needed a location to have an event for one of our officers daughters! If you can spare anything, this capital campaign will help them pay it forward to the next organization or cause that needs their help!

About 7 more hours left for The Big Give and to Match $12,000!

"To spread the AGGIE SPIRIT across the Greater San Antonio Area". This is one segment of our mission statement. Did you know that the San Antonio A&M Club donates our facility, Aggie Park, to other nonprofits?

We are proud to be able to use our facility to support our community. One memorable event was in 2018 when we donated Aggie Park for the day to the nonprofit Hero W.A.T.C.H. Kens 5 News ran a story on the event, here is a link: https://www.kens5.com/article/life/family/toddler-in-hospice-care-celebrates-year-of-holidays-at-community-event/273-602180001

Help us match $12,000 TODAY to support the San Antonio A&M Club and Foundation! Make a donation here: https://www.thebiggivesa.org/organizations/san-antonio-a-m-club-foundation
