☀️💙 What an amazing Summer Bash!

A huge thank you to H-E-B for sponsoring our event with a generous $1,000 donation, helping us create a day full of fun, connection, and unforgettable memories for our transplant families. Because of their support, families enjoyed a delicious chalupa lunch, sundae bar, water balloons, water toys, and an incredible animal experience with Once in a Wild.

We are also grateful to Colonial Hills United Methodist Church for providing the venue, our dedicated TFC staff for making the event possible, and every family who joined us. Seeing our transplant recipients and their loved ones laugh, learn, and connect reminds us why these moments matter.
