Through the TRS Resident and Fellow Section Advocacy Program, 10 residents are gaining hands-on experience through advocacy training, legislative webinars and meetings with policymakers.

Earlier this year, program participants Habiba Khan, MD, and Basel Yacoub, MD, put that training into practice by meeting with local lawmakers to discuss radiology and patient care in Texas.

The TRS Gold Medal Committee is now accepting nominations for the prestigious TRS Gold Medal, to be awarded at the 2027 Annual Meeting, February 18-21, 2027 at the Austin Marriott Downtown. 🏅

1️⃣ Candidate’s CV
2️⃣ At least one nomination letter addressed to the Gold Medal Committee
