PLEASE PRAY: CATHOLIC PRIEST FOUND MURDERED IN NIGERIA

Christians across Nigeria are mourning the death of Rev. Fr. Samuel Oyetoro, a Catholic priest who was found murdered in Kogi State after reportedly being attacked with a machete.

According to reports, Father Oyetoro's body was discovered by the roadside with severe head injuries. He faithfully served at St. Paul's Parish, where he was known for his ministry and dedication to his congregation.

Authorities are investigating the killing, and the motive has not yet been officially confirmed. While Nigeria continues to face serious security challenges—including violence involving extremist groups, armed criminal gangs, and other forms of conflict—it has not been publicly established that any specific group was responsible for this attack. The investigation remains ongoing.

This tragedy comes during another difficult season for many communities across Nigeria, where violence has claimed countless lives and left many families grieving. Christian organizations have continued to express concern about attacks affecting churches, clergy, and Christian communities in parts of the country.

As followers of Christ, we are called to remember those who suffer, pray for those who mourn, and ask God to bring peace, justice, and comfort.

Eye Has Not Seen, Nor Ear Heard What the Lord Is Getting Ready to Release in the Earth

"I have meat to eat that you don't know about," says the Lord. And God said, "I have kept the best for last." The Lord says, "Eye has not seen and ear's not heard and neither has the Church seen what I'm getting ready to release in the earth," saith the Lord. "I did not die for a Church that would be lifeless and powerless," says the Lord. "But I died for a Church that would be without spot, wrinkle, or blemish and would radiate the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

"And as Hell has declared war on Me and on My people, so I now," says the Lord, "I am loosing war on the camp of the enemy and on the devil." And God says, "The enemy has not yet seen what I am revealing. I waited until it was evening time," says the Lord, "and it looked like darkness had won. But," God said, "I did so so the enemy would not see Me coming, but I say unto you this day that I'm not coming; I am here."

And the Lord says, "I am not announcing that it will be another time," but the Lord says, "I have already shown up. Would you not stand today and say, 'Surely the Lord has done something in this nation!' that even two years ago, when they declared a day for the enemy's perversion, yet today," saith the Lord, "you are not hearing the sound of declamation, but you're hearing the sound of prayer in this house. And I have heard the prayers."

Old Prophets and Righteous Men Desired to See the Things You're Getting Ready to See

"For in the old days, prophets and righteous men desired to see the things that you're getting ready to see. I say unto thee that Heaven held back the best for such a time as this. And this time," saith the Lord, "I'm not going to let a man stand and take My glory, for that season is over. And I've even allowed the Church to go through a season where it looked like 'God, there are no voices. Are there no fathers, and are there no leaders?' There was," saith God, "but I was preparing them. So I put them in the valley, and I put them in the furnace, and I put them in the fire. And the men that are coming forth to speak in this hour will come in the spirit of humility. They will not come to promote themselves," saith the Lord. "But they have died out to pride. They've died out to ambition. They've died out to wealth and fame and money. And this time," saith God, "The Father of all fathers is releasing fathers to the house of the Lord.

"And the demonic spirits—" God says, "there are men that stand in government around the world that have made a league with the devil and knew what they were doing." God says, "I'm releasing the spirit of death upon them."

God says, "I will not be challenged. Even in the house of the Lord," God says, "because I loosed a prophetic anointing, and I raised up—for a season—the office of the prophet to lead the way, there were men and women that stood in the Kingdom of God and began to prophesy, but I did not fill their mouths." The Lord said, "I'm going to remove the false prophets and the charlatans, and the counterfeit from the house of the Lord..."

"Today on the Day of Prayer, I'm Going to Heal This Land"

"Now," saith God, "this is a sovereign promise to you: I am going to go before you. You're not going to have to fight your battles. You're not going to have to pick up a sword." God said, "I'm going to honor you." And the Lord says, "I am telling you to walk in, into the Spirit of rest, because rest," saith the Lord, "is the anticipation that I am going to move. And when a man enters into My rest, he ceases from his own labor. So this day I remove the weariness from the Body of Christ, and the heaviness, and the nightmares, and the insomnia, and the worry, and the doubt, and the unbelief.

The Lord says, "I appealed, and I reached out, and I asked the wicked to fall on Me, and I would only break them." But God says, "The enemy has forced My hand." And now," the Lord says, "I'm going to fall on them, and I'm going to grind them into powder."

And the Lord says, "They will never again have evil rule in this nation like [they] did during the COVID, until the Church is gone." And God says, "The Church has been the salvation of this nation. And even though she's been a remnant," God says, "watch out, because there is a sleeping giant awakening. Hallelujah. Awakening. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah."

Holy Spirit Will Explode Over the Nation

"I'm getting ready to drop a bomb on this nation," says the Lord in the spirit. And God says, "The Holy Ghost is going to explode over this nation." And the Lord says, "Every resisting spirit is going to stand in silence... as the glory of God begins to settle upon this place. For this ground of this nation," says the Lord, "has been sanctified. And though it has been defiled, know this," saith God, "I am releasing a stream out of Heaven that's going to wash across. It's going to start," saith the Lord, "from one side of this nation, and it's going to begin to flow to the other side of the nation."

Breaking the Back of Islam

And the Lord says, "The demon spirit of Islam that has laid hold on this nation, its back's going to be broken," says the Lord. "And I'm going to begin to release a Pentecostal move of God." And the Lord says, "There will be many churches closed," but also saith God, "I'm going to let My Spirit begin to settle down upon houses that have died.

Move of God on College Campuses

"And there is a spirit renewal. There is a spirit," saith the Lord, "a revival that's going to hit." And God says, "Not only is it going to be in the house of the Lord." The Lord says, "This final move of the Lord is going to be of such an astounding move that colleges," saith God, "will suspend their classes for the glory of the Lord that's going to be released.

The Cry of the People

And God says, "The demonic assignment that has been sent against this nation shall be returned back into the pits of Hell from where it came from. For man will not be able to stop Me," saith God. "I don't need a man to do this. This is not being birthed out of the heart of a man, but this is being birthed out of the throne room of glory. For this is not a 'holy place' move. This is not an 'outer court' move, but this is a 'holiest of holies' move," saith God.

God Will Invade Secular Schools

"And your children that the enemy said 'I'm going to devour,' I'm going to loose [upon them] a wave of the glory of God. I'm going to invade your secular schools. I'm going to invade your great schools. I'm going to shut the mouth of tenured, atheistic professors," saith God, "who shook their finger in My face and said, 'You do not exist.'

The Enemy Will Finance What God Is Going to Do

"Know this," saith God. "This day I have put My foot down upon the earth and one foot in Heaven. And I put the flag of the anointing of God upon this city. And I have raised this house up for such a time as this. And all the Hell that's come against you, and all the spirits that tried to shut you down, know this," saith God, "they're going to pay, because I'm going to require their hand. I am going to take the wealth of those who said, 'It belongs to us.'" And God says, "I'm going to make the enemy finance what I'm going to do. Even as I made Pharaoh raise the deliverer of Israel in his own house, so do I have men," saith God, "that are going to champion the cause of the glory of the Lord for this hour.

Healing in the House of the Lord

"For this move will not be stopped... It will crescendo into the final glory. And in the midst of it," saith the Lord, "the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and time shall be no more. There is a wave of divine healing that's coming to the house of the Lord, not through the hands of a man. But have I not declared that My people shall not be feeble and shall not be sick? So stand still and know this," saith God, "I am a rewarder of them that diligently seek Me. And yea, you shall not be ashamed," saith God, "for the greatest days that man has ever seen are not coming, but they have already been released, and they're on their way," saith the Lord. "So know this: I will be glorified in the midst of My people, because I am still God. I own the heavens and I own the earth."

Today Is the Anniversary
Today is the anniversary of the planting of the cross and dedication of our land to the Lord at Cape Henry. My friend, Steven Springer, informed me and others of a prayer assignment Holy Spirit has given him related to this event. I know it is very significant and am passing it on to you for agreement. Steven said:

“Since last summer, following a significant dream I had, I have felt the prompting of the Lord multiple times to go to Cape Henry, Virginia, the very place where Rev. Robert Hunt and a small group of devoted lovers of Jesus first landed on April 26, 1607. Just days later, on April 29th, they planted a cross on that shore and made a profound proclamation over this land before it was ever known as the United States of America.

“Now, 419 years later, in the 250th year of our nation’s independence, I sense strongly that this proclamation must be declared again this year, April 29, 2026. This is a moment to remind the land and the spiritual atmosphere over this nation that the word of the Lord does not return void, but is fulfilled with power. There is a sense of a double-portion promise, as the Lord God Almighty is ready to perform His Word.

“We invite you to stand with us in agreement on this assignment.

“Here is the decree we will make again! [From the original prayer and declaration by Hunt and those with him.]

“‘We do hereby dedicate this land, and ourselves, to reach the people within these shores with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this land, along with England, be evangelists to the world. May all who see this cross remember what we have done here, and may those who come here to inhabit join us in this Covenant and this most noble work, that the Holy Scriptures may be fulfilled. From these very shores the gospel shall go forth, not only to this new world, but the entire world.’

(Then Steven declares the Scriptures below, quoted by Hunt and his team. We won’t read them now, but will in today’s prayer.)

“The United States of America will be saved, fulfilling Psalm 33:12 (AMP): ‘Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance.’

“Psalm 22:27–28 (TPT): ‘From the four corners of the earth, the peoples of the world will remember and return to Yahweh. Every nation will come and worship Him. For Yahweh is King of all, who takes charge of all the nations.’

“Psalm 22:27–28 (MSG) declares: ‘From the four corners of the earth people are coming to their senses, are running back to God. Long-lost families are falling on their faces before Him. God has taken charge; from now on He has the last word.’”

Before we make this declaration with Steven - and Robert Hunt - I want to re-share a dream, also regarding Cape Henry, God gave my friend Clay Nash in 2020:

“On the morning of September 9, 2020, I dreamed that Dutch issued a call for eight people to rally near Cape Henry. The team would fast, pray, and re-dedicate/consecrate themselves to the Lord, after which they would go to Cape Henry. As the team obeyed and sought God, dreams were received, revealing a wave of awakening being released, sweeping across the nation.

“Dutch then said we were ready to set foot on the land, at the cross, and see the ‘Well of Oaths’ opened and freed, to flow across America.

“Once we arrived at Cape Henry, some from the Cloud of Witnesses appeared, and Rees Howells stepped forth to pray over us. His prayer said, ‘Let those assigned to break up the fallow ground plow deep, in order that the soil of this nation be prepared for the seeds of righteousness to be sown. This will result in an abundant harvest.’

“Howells then took off his coat and placed it on Dutch’s shoulders, saying, ‘This is the coat I wore during World War II, and must be worn by the Ekklesia in order to see the Kingdom harvest at hand.’

“Rees then hugged Dutch - like a father would a son - and said, ‘The training is finished, it’s time to go to war...and you will see the turning of the war.’” End of dream.

My Thoughts

Cape Henry, more than any other place in America, represents God’s Kingdom purpose for her. When Robert Hunt and company stepped ashore and planted the cross on that beach, he prayed and prophesied the words Stephen shared above.

There is no doubt that these settlers were entering into a covenant with God. And there is no doubt that God placed the desire in their hearts to do so. This was and is God’s plan and destiny for America, and it is being restored. There were eight of us in the dream; eight is the number for “new beginning” in Scripture.

The phrase “well of oaths” actually means “well of covenant.” Oath and covenant are used interchangeably in Scripture. This phrase is the literal meaning of the name Beersheba, where Abraham dug a well and planted a tamarisk evergreen tree, which symbolizes covenant, and called on the Everlasting God (Genesis 21:33).

After Abraham’s death, in an attempt to harm Isaac, various wells Abraham had dug were filled in by Philistines, including Beersheba, “the well of oaths/covenant” (Genesis 26:18). Isaac redug his father’s “well of oaths/covenant” connecting with yesterday, and unlocking what he needed for today and the future.

In this dream, God was saying to us what Isaac demonstrated: “You must tap into your past, the covenant your fathers made with Me. In this ‘well of oaths/covenant’ you will find the life, revival, spiritual harvest, and restoration you need.

Rees Howells represents prayer. He was a powerful intercessor and founder of the Bible College of Wales. He and his students shouldered a great intercessory burden during World War II of supporting the Allied Forces and warring spiritually against the N***s. Rees and his intercessors prayed for hours every day, no doubt helping save the world from Hitler’s demonic plans.

Rees’ presence in the dream shows us that only the power released through prayer can reopen this well–America’s covenant with God. Howells wrapped his mantle around me - I represented the Ekklesia - and said it was what he wore during WWII, and that we must wear it now in order to win the spiritual war and produce the GREAT harvest God is bringing.

Rees ends his words by saying: “The training is finished, it’s time to go to war.”

We have done so, and I believe that the war for the reopening of this covenantal well has turned in favor of God’s Kingdom.

Pray with me:

Father, let the power of this well now flow to the nation, bringing revival, awakening, and reformation. And we pray and declare with Steven–and Robert Hunt:

“We do hereby dedicate this land, and ourselves, to reach the people within these shores with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this land, along with England, be evangelists to the world.
