7 Articles of Principle
Article: 1
The purpose of the Club: "Air, Land, and Sea Sportsman's Club -Limited-, is to provide continued brotherhood for the U.S. Marine,
to include Active Duty, Discharged, and Retired; with special consideration for the combat veteran. Navy Corpsman is a vital piece of the Marine Corps' working machine, the U.S. Navy Corpsman will be define
d as "U.S. Marine",
in regards to Article 1. Other exceptions may be permitted only after the unanimous vote of the Club Committee. Article: 3
The "Club Committee" shall be defined as 3 or more members in club leadership billets
Article: 4
The Club may not accept any monies, regardless of currency and Club members are prohibited from drawing pay or receiving gifts for
their participation in club duties whatsoever. Article: 5
The Club may allow the funding of club events, trips, and expenses, by a third party, ONLY when legitimized by the Club Committee. Sportsman's Club" is defined as "Limited". Therefore, admittance to the "Club" will be permitted only by unanimous vote
of the Club Committee. Article: 7
Alteration of the Articles of Principle of: "Air, Land, and Sea Sportsman's Club -Limited-" is defined as breach of Principle and therefore,
dissolves the existence of the Club, however, the writing of additional Articles of Principle is not to be defined as a breach of Principle, if,
it is done so under the supervision of the Club Committee after unanimous vote of said Committee.
