Not everyone experiencing homelessness ended up there the same way — and understanding that difference is key to creating real solutions. 🏠

Voluntary homelessness is rare. Most people experiencing homelessness didn’t choose it. They were forced into it by rising rent, job loss, medical emergencies, or a system that failed to catch them.

At Alamo Housing Project, we’re focused on helping those experiencing involuntary homelessness find a way out — with stable, long-term housing and the support they need to rebuild.

We’re currently fundraising for our first multifamily property in San Antonio, where Housing Choice Voucher recipients can find a true place to call home.
