In 2021, the we launched our NDC Emerging Leaders Internship Program with a cohort of just 5 interns. It started with a vision to have a long-term impact on students’ lives, pairing them with employers who exemplify a true commitment to workplace inclusion and belonging.

With the support from partners, sponsors, and universities, we completed our fourth internship cohort and now have 45 interns who have participated in the program.

Congratulations to our 2024 cohort! You are the next generation of leaders who build impactful relationships and create inclusive business decisions.
