*URGENT NOTICE* FEES COMING!* Due to numerous violations, neighbor complaints and violations ignored the Board has engaged an Attorney to begin the process of updating our governing documents to include fining those who refuse to comply! We are also requesting help from our neighbors to send photos of Food trucks, Trailers, Work Trucks, cars parked in front of fire hydrants and basketball stands that do not get pushed back and etc. We need addresses and photos as our property managers do not make rounds in evenings nor weekends. We will keep those reporting anonymous. We will begin to post offenders here too. Today we have a Semi-Truck at stormy hills! If you are an offender, now is the time get things cleared up or risk a fine!

Neighbors...Holiday Lights are up at both entrances for you to enjoy the holiday spirit. Also, friendly reminder, Garage Sale posters and flyers MUST be removed after your event! Plus No LOST pet flyers and posters are allowed to be posted on fences!!! Posters at our entrances for services are never allowed! You may post a flyer or two on the cluster mail boxes for pet notices but not on fences. failure to adhere can lead to HOA notices and fines...this is in your governing docs! Our goal is to keep our community looking nice not tacky. Please help keep Pheasant Ridge looking clean and pleasing to all who live here.
