As October comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible case managers, social workers, nurses, and healthcare professionals who make a difference in the lives of patients and families every single day.

This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated the City of San Antonio officially proclaiming October as Case Management Month! 🎉 What a wonderful recognition of the dedication, compassion, and impact of our profession.

From our annual conference to our networking mixer and the connections made throughout the month, we are reminded of just how powerful our community is when we come together.

And we’re just getting started! ✨

We’re already looking ahead to October 2027, and trust us, we’re planning to make it even bigger and better!
