Today’s games are dedicated to Strike Out Cancer ! We all dedicated it to someone dear to us. Coach Dabid and my Trinity Tigers played for “Amelia” Ornelaz who fought a hard battle and is now in heaven.

Congratulations to Brianna Alvarado - Sr Pitcher/Utility the last senior on the “Retired” American Thunder-Ramirez team. She has signed her letter of intent to play for Jarvis Christian College
She is a senior at United high school in Laredo Texas. Her proud parents are Eric and Valerie Alvarado.

Select/Travel Retirement Announcement
American Thunder South-Ramirez

Congratulations to Coach David & Lillian Ramirez – They made it official January 8, 2023 and coached their last “Select/Travel” Fastpitch Softball game. They started their career with a Win and Closed it with the “W” in Seguin, Texas. They will continue as College Softball Coaches with DIII NCAA Trinity University, San Antonio Texas.

“We cannot even begin to Thank everyone for the last 25 years of American Thunder South and Alamo City No Fear, that started it ALL. With much love for all the Families, Volunteer Coaches, dedicated Athletes that we have met all these years, we are unable to name them all.” They have developed and raised over 90 Collegiate Athletes to Programs during their Select Career from Texas and Canada.

“We started with coaching our Daughters, not knowing the path that would lead us to becoming College Softball Coaches. This is our “ministry” of serving. It is not just a game on the field, it is a game for Life. We put God First and this is where it brought us.”

One Small Fastpitch Program with Great Results.

They will continue to Host College Recruiting Camps and Showcases in Texas as “Texas No Fear Sports Events. They are in their 11th year serving our Texas Communities

They have many, many Alumni and now Softball Grandaughters with very educated moms. Carry the Torch Ladies ! We are always out here and a “text” lol away from you.

Giving all the Glory to God and Thanks to our Children for supporting us still, with this “Softball Life” we live and love.
