🚀 March 23 is World Meteorology Day! Stop by the shop to discover what it takes to be a meteorologist with fun activities.
🌼 Stop by the Resource Center to pick up a New Troop Leader Mini Kit and printed Lesson Planner Checklist. Are you a new Daisy, Junior, or Cadette? Complete a Promise and Law activity and pick up a fun patch while supplies last.

Join us this Saturday, December 9, as we gear up for the holidays and the Girl Scout Cookie Program! Come and go at the Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
🎅 Begin your holiday shopping at the Girl Scout shop warehouse sale and score some sweet items for the lowest prices of the year.
🎅 Girls can come up with personal cookie goals for the upcoming season and make a banner to help decorate their cookie booth. (10 a.m.-2 p.m.)
🎅 Earn the CPS Energy Environmental Awareness and Energy Conservation Initiative patch and enjoy hands-on activities.
🎅 Stop by the Resource Center to make a wooden holiday ornament for Veterans and oversee service members.
🎅 Adults: Join the Product Program Department for this special in-person training that can take the place of online training in gsLearn. (11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
🎅 Adults: Stop by the Resource Center and get ready for cookie season with materials for booths, signs, and more. Adults: Pick up a free ornament!

More than 100 Girl Scouts from Community J joined our Community Cookie Rally. They painted canvases of this year’s cookie mascot, an axolotl, and did activities that earned their cookie badges. They were also treated to desserts inspired by Girl Scout Cookies.

As a reminder, cookie season is right around the corner. Get in touch with your Troop Leaders and Troop Cookie Manager to ensure your girls are signed up and ready to go for cookie season!

Recently 115 Girl Scouts from 8 area troops gathered at Hermann Sons Hilltop Camp for their annual Fall Campout. Durning camp the girls participated in Archery, Gaga Ball, a water fight, badge work and a service project. The girls made Happy Birthday banners to include in the Birthday Boxes they assembled and later donated to the Medina County Food bank.

Last weekend Girl Scout Troop 980 went tent camping at Government Canyon. The girls went on hikes, cooked their meals and earned some
Badges. Although it was hot, they had a great time!
