This is interesting.....While we've been investigating, we discovered that we will actually be here on the anniversary of Jim "The Deacon" Miller's death - 4/19/1909. He's one of the more prominent spirits here at the Olde Park, and he's always been fairly talkative when we've been here before, so I wonder if he'll be extra chatty on the 19th. We've already gotten some communication from him through the lantern and the tripwire, but I'm hoping it will get a little stronger. He seems to like the cowboy songs we've played for him 🎶🤠👻

We'll be spending this Friday and Saturday night at The Haunted Olde Park Hotel in Ballinger! I need to remember to take another picture of the front while I'm there because I know it's looking so much better with new windows. I attached a reel from our visit back in 2023 that shows a light anomaly shooting out from the lantern, and one of the sensors on the tripwire lights up at the same time, too. Hopefully we catch more cool evidence while we're there. It seems to be very active lately, and they're always catching things happening on the 24/7 cameras that they have on their Patreon channel. If you subscribe to the Patreon channel, you'll also be able to watch us investigate! Subscribing also helps the owners raise money to continue fixing up the hotel, and they have lots of cool perks for their members.

Investigation in progress... The cat ball keeps going off in the room behind me and the pyramid just lit up right next to me in the doorway indicating that something either came into the room or went out. I immediately took some pics like this one to see if I could capture anything, but I didn't see anything.

Probably not paranormal, but definitely strange. We're on day 2 of our stay at the Haunted Magnolia Hotel, and I was getting ready to take a shower so I thought I would listen to some tunes and do a little singing to the spirits. Usually when I open my music app on my phone and click on my playlist it starts with the first song on the list (which happens to be a Billy Joel song), and then I tap the shuffle button so it plays songs randomly. Well, this time it automatically started playing The Ghost in You by The Psychedelic Furs instead of starting with song #1. The Ghost in You is #104 on my list. I guess the spirits might have their own way of communicating or letting me know they're around!👻👻👻

We are checking into the Haunted Magnolia Hotel today, and we get to stay for two nights! I'm expecting some pretty good activity since Katrina Weidman and Heather Taddy investigated the entire hotel last week for their YouTube show Travel the Dead. They have also started construction on the new balcony, so that usually kicks the activity into high gear. Hopefully, we'll have some cool evidence to share soon! 👻👻👻

So excited to once again investigate this incredibly active location! This place is so amazing to visit even when you're not investigating because they have done such a wonderful job of renovating it and making it a fabulous museum full of so much history. We love it because we always have something happen when we're there investigating, and I'm sure tonight won't disappoint 👻👻👻

We had such a great weekend in Galveston! The first night we spent investigating the cemetery across the street from our Airbnb, and it was so spooky with the fairly dense fog that was hanging around before the thunderstorms rolled in. The next day we got the most amazing tour of the same cemetery from Kathleen Maca. If you are in Galveston and are looking for something super fun and educational to do, you need to schedule one or more of her tours at Ghosts of Galveston & Beyond! She offers several different tours in different areas of Galveston, including haunted tours 👻👻👻.
The investigation of the League-Kempner house was the last investigation The Klinge Brothers have scheduled before their paranormal retirement, so I had to get a pic with them (and Kathleen Maca on my right). It was fun investigating with them and learning from them over the last few investigations! At least we'll get to hang out with them again in a couple of months at the Paracon 👻👻👻

This house is amazing! There were all sorts of interesting interactions. There was spirit hand holding and some strong scents in a room that could not be explained. It smelled like someone smoking a cigar. I want to go back and see what else can be discovered. 👻👻👻

We're headed to Galveston this weekend to investigate the beautiful and haunted League-Kempner House! I was also able to rent an Airbnb right across the street from one of the historic cemeteries, so this should be a fun and spooky trip! 👻👻👻

Investigating in Helena, TX around the old courthouse, saloon, and post office. It was once known as the toughest place on Earth back in the wild west days. Let's see if the spirits are still feeling restless and a little mean 👻👻👻
