Reap and Prosper Sports is a visionary initiative founded by Dr. Adrian Simien. As a former athlete and accomplished physician, Dr. Simien recognized the obstacles faced by underprivileged youth, particularly in terms of affordability and access to quality sports programs. Drawing from personal experiences, he sought to create an organization that would empower young athletes to overcome these cha

llenges and unlock their full potential. Driven by a deep passion for sports and a commitment to social equality, Dr. Simien established Reap and Prosper Sports with the mission of providing equitable opportunities for all children to engage in sports. The organization focuses not just on talent development, but also on promoting physical activity, fostering personal growth, and instilling valuable life skills.
