Last Thursday eight-year-old Arianna Lopez was sleeping when a suspected drunk driver crashed into her family's home. She was pinned by the vehicle, freed by first responders, and flown to a San Antonio hospital for life threatening injuries. Issac Rodriguez Barboza Jr., a Kerrville fire fighter/EMT, was arrested at the scene for intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury and is now out on bond. Here is an update on her condition and ways the community has gathered to support she and her family during this difficult time.
