๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Memorial Day ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This weekend and everyday, The Jacqueline Smith Foundation honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to this nation will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends, let us pause to reflect on those who gave their lives in service to our country and keep their families lifted in prayer.

Because of their sacrifice, we are able to enjoy the freedoms we hold dear today.

From all of us at The Jacqueline Smith Foundation, we thank our fallen heroes and all who have served. May we continue to honor their legacy through service, unity, and compassion.

Today, I am truly honored and excited to serve as the presenter for our Mental Health Awareness Month virtual session, โ€œThe Heart of the Home.โ€ Mental health matters, and it is absolutely OK to not be OK. Healing begins when we create safe spaces for transparency, communication, support, and understanding within our homes and communities. I look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations surrounding resiliency, parenting, breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and empowering families with healthy coping tools and positive outlets. Together, we can encourage one another, uplift one another, and remind each other that no one has to walk this journey alone. ๐Ÿ’š
