As part of our Board Member Spotlight series, we're introducing the dedicated leaders who help guide ATD San Antonio and support our mission of developing talent and fostering professional growth throughout our community.

This week, we're highlighting Alexandra Mahanna, Director of Social Media.

Alexandra supports our chapter by helping tell the ATD San Antonio story through social media. From promoting events and sharing chapter updates to highlighting members, volunteers, and community impact, she works to connect talent development professionals with the opportunities and relationships that make our chapter thrive.

When asked what she enjoys most about serving on the ATD San Antonio Board, Alexandra shared: "I love being part of a group of dedicated volunteers who genuinely care about helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Through my role, I get to highlight the amazing people in our chapter, share opportunities that bring our community together, and help tell the story of the impact ATD San Antonio has on talent development professionals across our region. The relationships, collaboration, and shared commitment to serving others are what make board service so meaningful to me."

Outside of ATD San Antonio, Alexandra is the Founder and Executive Leadership Coach at Alexandra Mahanna Leadership, where she partners with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, leadership development programs, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Thank you, Alexandra, for helping our community stay connected and for showcasing the incredible people and opportunities that make ATD San Antonio such a special chapter.
