You do not need to dress up, but if you’ve been looking for an excuse to break out the sequins, bright colors, retro vibes, or something with a little extra flair, this is it.

As part of our ongoing Board Member Spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce the leaders whose experience, relationships, and continued service help shape ATD San Antonio.

This week, we’re spotlighting Jacque Burandt, President Emeritus.

Having served as both chapter president and in several other board positions, Jacque brings a wealth of history and perspective to ATD San Antonio. She helps preserve the story of our chapter while using her extensive professional network to strengthen our visibility and expand the reach of our community.

When asked what she enjoys most about continuing to serve, Jacque put it simply:

"I get to hang out with the cool kids on the board and stay current on trends."

Professionally, Jacque is the CEO of Award-winning Results and describes herself as a speaker, facilitator, consultant, writer, and connector. She partners with individuals and organizations to develop top performers and increase visibility for the work and results they’re creating.

As part of our ongoing Board Member Spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce the dedicated leaders who help guide and support ATD San Antonio.

This week, we’re spotlighting Linda Salazar, President.

As President, Linda focuses on supporting the rest of the board as they lead initiatives that serve our members and strengthen the chapter. Her role is centered on helping each board member bring their ideas, expertise, and talents forward so the team can accomplish more together.

When asked what she enjoys most about serving on the board, Linda shared:

"Having an awesome board. Each person brings their own talents and ideas. Together we can accomplish things I could never imagine."

Professionally, Linda is a Corporate Trainer at Southwest Research Institute, where she develops and delivers training across both technical and soft-skill areas.

Thank you, Linda, for the support, trust, and leadership you bring to our board and for creating space for others to contribute their best.
