A Special Message from our CEO Jessica Morales:

As we reach the midway point of Direct Support Professional Recognition Week, I want to personally express my deepest gratitude to every member of our direct care team. The heart, dedication, and perseverance you bring to your work each and every day truly define who we are as an organization.

While we are all here to fulfill our mission, at its core, our work is about people helping people. It is about compassionate individuals helping others live lives filled with dignity, respect, purpose, and independence. These are opportunities that only exist because of your presence and guidance.

To everyone who extends a helping hand day in and day out with patience and a positive spirit: we recognize you, we celebrate you, and we honor your vital role in carrying out God’s work here at Mission Road.
