Right now, we’re in Step 4: Grant Review, where applications are carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with our mission and community impact goals. This step is critical in determining which programs will receive funding and make a lasting difference.

The process is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and meaningful outcomes, helping programs reach the people who need them most.

From Cabaret & Wicked renditions to hearing directly from leadership at Wonder Theatre, our recent Impact In Action event brought our members’ impact to life - center stage! 🎭🎬🌟

Over 500 women in our organization came together to support 32 nonprofits and touch the lives of 800 at-risk youth, seniors, and LGBTQ+ young adults through programs funded by our 2023 High Impact Grant.

Every laugh, every applause, and every moment of inspiration showed that this is more than philanthropy; it’s a movement of women transforming San Antonio, one grant at a time.

It's remarkable what results are achievable with thoughtful & intentional use of grant funds and three years' time. At our recent Impact in Action event, members saw firsthand the transformational power of collective giving as our 2023 High Impact Grant recipient, Wonder Theatre, shared news about 30+ community partners and 800 participants impacted by our funded community outreach. 💜

We couldn’t be prouder of the women we did this with and the impact we had on our local community!
