Soccer has the power to bring people together across cultures, communities, and generations. On June 14 in San Antonio, Germany’s SV Darmstadt 1898 e.V., Goal Impact Foundation, and TLU Soccer are coming together to provide a complimentary community soccer experience for local youth and families inspired by the international spirit of the beautiful game.

Hosted at Mainland Sports Complex, this experience is designed specifically for girls and boys within the 9 to 13 age groups and creates a positive environment rooted in mentorship, community connection, and the joy of soccer.

Participation is intentionally limited to help provide every registered child with a safe, organized, and meaningful experience throughout the day. In addition to the training session, registered participants and families will enjoy complimentary BBQ and a live watch party of Germany vs Curaçao on the big screen.

One final whistle before the world turns its eyes toward the 2026 World Cup. What started in Houston in March of 2025 grew into a multi city celebration of global football culture, community, storytelling, and connection through Monday Night Fútbol.

From Houston to San Antonio, Miami, and Austin, this series has brought people together through the universal language of the beautiful game. Last night marked the final Monday Night Fútbol hosted downtown at the historic Italian Society 1890 building. What started as past World Cup match screenings evolved into something much bigger. Culture, community, storytelling, nostalgia, and the universal language of the beautiful game.

From Panini albums and iconic trophies to Peroni moments and unforgettable global football conversations, this space helped bring people together from all walks of life through the power of soccer.

A sincere thank you to Columbus Street Bar and the Italian Society for believing in the vision and supporting the series every step of the way. Your hospitality and community spirit helped create something truly special for San Antonio. One final Monday Night Fútbol activation remains next week, but this chapter closes with gratitude, pride, and a lot of good vibes! ⚽
