🚔 Leadership in Action — Out on the Streets with Our Officers 🚔

Tonight, Interim Chief Davila and Captain Wright will be out alongside our B-Shift and C-Shift patrol officers, patrolling the streets of Castle Hills and serving our community together.

At the Castle Hills Police Department, leadership isn’t only about leading from behind a desk—it’s about being present, staying connected, and working side-by-side with the officers who serve our community every day and night.

Having our command staff out on patrol gives them the opportunity to experience firsthand what our officers encounter, communicate directly with their teams, and continue strengthening the trust and teamwork that are so important within our department.

It also sends a strong message to our officers: we are one team. From our command staff and patrol officers to Communications and the personnel working behind the scenes, every member of CHPD plays an important role in keeping Castle Hills safe.

We are proud to have leaders who remain engaged with their officers and a team that continues to work together with professionalism, dedication, and a shared commitment to the people we serve.

So if you see a Castle Hills patrol unit out tonight, know that our officers—and our leadership—are out there together, watching over our community.

💙 One Department. One Team. One Mission — Serving Castle Hills. 💙

The Castle Hills Police Association congratulates Alex Wright on his promotion to Captain! We are excited to see him step into this new leadership role alongside Interim Chief Jose Davila.

We would also like to thank Interim Chief Davila for his dedication and the progress he has made since taking over in April. We are excited to see what this dynamic leadership team will accomplish for our department and the community we proudly serve!
