It's true! While a good portion of the healing journey is focused on the inner work, healing cannot happen in isolation.

Mentorship, therapy, group work & bible studies are all part of what our survivors experience. They learn that they *are not* alone. They learn and grow from each others experiences and lift each other up.

Healing happens in community.

🗣 Parents! Don't make assumptions about your child's safety b/c they're in a seemingly "safe" space w trusted individuals.

The data overwhelmingly shows that assaults are done by someone know to the survivor (and/or their family).

Always be on guard. Together, we can keep our kids safe. 🤍

😳 One of the most common ways teens are pushed into trafficking is through a *family member*.

In a perfect world, traffickers would not come in the form of a parent. But we live in a broken world 😔 and familial trafficking is more common than you may realize.

Even if you are not a parent you can still be a ✨️safe person✨️ for the kids in your community.
