We provide opportunities for all patients in need, regardless of their age, race, color, and religion.

�Our main goal here is to create a better environment and community for sickle cell patients, where they can smile and have hope again.

As you know, September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month, and at Delia Sickle Cell Foundation, we are continuing to reach our warriors with love, care, and support.

Our home visits are still ongoing, and our team continues to reach our sickle cell warriors and their families right where they are. Every visit gives us an opportunity to listen, check in, understand their needs, provide support, and remind our warriors that they are not alone.

September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month ❤️

This September, Delia Sickle Cell Foundation is taking our mission directly to the homes of our Sickle Cell Warriors.

Throughout the entire month, our team will be conducting home visits, spending time with our warriors and their families, listening to their experiences, understanding their needs, and reminding them that they are not alone in this journey.

During each visit, we are also taking a small care package to our warriors as a simple expression of love, encouragement, and support. 🎁❤️

For us, sickle cell awareness is more than wearing a ribbon or sharing information. It is about showing up, listening, educating, supporting, and walking alongside our warriors and their families.

Staying well hydrated supports healthy blood flow and helps protect the body from dehydration. Sip water regularly throughout the day, especially during hot weather, exercise, travel, or illness.
