Scouts BSA Troop 518

Scouts BSA Troop 518 Scouts BSA is for boys and girls ages 11 - 17 years old. Troop 518 (Boys) has been in operation since 2013, and officially stood up Troop 518 (Girls) in 2020.

The program helps develop character, leadership, citizenship, and personal fitness qualities among youth, by focusing on Outdoor Adventures and fostering the desire and skill to help others. Both meet and conduct activities together as one troop, but always have the option to do individual (just boy, just girl) activities if the scouts so choose. Troop 518 is chartered (sponsored) by Bexar County

Fire Department, District #2 (Talley Rd. area). Scouts BSA is for boys and girls ages 11-17 years old, or who have completed the Arrow of Light or have completed the fifth grade.

Come out, watch Brendan’s band play, support his Eagle Project, enjoy great company, and good music!

There will be performances by SAMA bands Eye of Nothing, and Gold Rush, individual performances by band members, two of Brendan’s Troopmates, and his sister!

There is another event taking place at the church in the building closest to Braun Road.

We are in the Fellowship Hall next to that, entrance faces Leslie Road. Look for the Troop Flag.

You might want to eat dinner before you come, but we will be selling sodas, water, and snacks and that will also help Brendan raise a few dollars.
