Amplify Austin Recap

We want to an extend a great thank you to our donors during this 2-day event. This annual event allows us to support the young students of Austin, San Antonio, and Rio Grande valley. The next generation of design professionals and civic leaders.

One of our core missions at NOMA of Central Texas is to empower young people to affect change in their community through design. We advocate for increased diversity, fellowship, equity and excellence in design. Project Pipeline uses the city’s as the classroom, and connects young people to real world architects and planners to foster the next generation of design professional, civic leaders and change makers.

Thanks again from everyone at NOMA to those who supported this cause!

In honor of Black History Month, we wanted to highlight the history of our organization from the initial spark, and the first founders both nationally and at the Central Texas level. We love our founding board and membership and continue to be deeply committed to the mission they chartered. The Empower Design Symposium ACT II is the perfect way to celebrate and showcase NOMA, learn about our history, and celebrate black excellence.

NOMA of Central Texas has a "mission of sustaining the legacy of NOMA’s founding members by deepening the visibility, support of, and solidarity of under-represented people in the field of architecture and beyond."

Please register and rsvp with the link in our bio for the Empower Design Symposium in Austin, Texas - February 15th 9am - 4pm. You will not want to miss it!
