A staple of our programming at the San Antonio Clubhouse is our Nutrition program, graciously supported by .
This month, H-E-B sponsored our Hope and Harvest Fair by donating gift baskets for our member raffle and contributing to our food pantry, which provides essential meals to Clubhouse members and their families.
Our members also harvested leafy produce from our onsite hydroponic farm to share nutritious ingredients through the pantry. At the fair, community partners shared resources and health services with members of our recovery community.
Every day, our members plan healthy meals, budget for ingredients, and shop . Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily and sold at cost—because sharing affordable, healthy meals supports both mental and physical health.
