🙏❤️ Serving Our Community with Love

The Salvation Army San Antonio Area Command was blessed to be invited to participate in the San Antonio Spurs Annual Back-to-School Bash! 🏀🎒

It was a joy to welcome families, share smiles, and serve our community by providing free bottles of water to help keep everyone hydrated during this special event. 💧

At The Salvation Army, we believe that serving others is an opportunity to put our faith into action. We are grateful for every opportunity God gives us to show His love through kindness, compassion, and service.
We pray for all the students, parents, teachers, and families preparing for the new school year. May God bless each of you with a safe, successful, and joy-filled year ahead! 📚✏️

🌟 Talent Takes Center Stage at the Red Shield Youth Center! 🌟

Our Red Shield Youth Center was filled with excitement as children had the opportunity to showcase their talents during a special talent show!

We are so proud of every child who stepped out of their comfort zone to share their unique gifts with family, friends, staff, and supporters. Events like these help build self-esteem, encourage personal growth, and remind our youth that they are capable of amazing things.

Congratulations to all of our talented participants for making this event such a memorable success! ❤️👏

🎒☀️ What a fun day at the Red Shield Youth Center!

A huge thank you to the Catch 22 Foundation for sponsoring yesterday's Back-to-School Bash! Families enjoyed bounce houses, face painting, pizza, and plenty of fun, while 100 local children received backpacks filled with school supplies to help them start the school year ready to learn.

It was amazing to see so many families come together and take advantage of the resources and opportunities available at the Red Shield Youth Center. Events like this remind us what can happen when a community comes together to support its children. ❤️
