Here are warming centers available around Bexar Count. These places are a safe haven for those needing shelter from the cold. Please check on your neighbors, especially the elderly and those living alone. Let's make sure everyone has a warm place to stay. Stay safe and warm.

Help us in congratulating to Daniel on completing his final chemo treatment!!! We were honored that he and his family asked us to be there and present him his certificate and celebration. Daniel inspires our team because despite his treatment he is still an Honor Roll student, helps out his family, is a hard worker, and he never complains.

Daniel will be attending Senior Prom this Saturday Building Brighter Communities will be sponsoring him to make sure he has everything he needs to have a great time!

Yesterday we moved in Jasmine and her children to their new home! When we first Jasmine she recently lost her job and was facing eviction. With the help our team she now has a new job, stable housing, and hope for the future. Thanks to our generous donors Jasmine and her children was also provided clothes that fit them, cooking supplies, and toys!

Building Brighter Communities is only able to able continue great work like this through support of the community. Please reach out to us to learn of you can get involved!
