Feeding God's Goodness In October 2018 God gave me the opportunity to start Feeding God’s Goodness and make everything happen in a much larger level!

We now bring clothing, toiletries, food and ministry to downtown San Antonio once a month.

We will need clothing donations to take down to our friends in the street. Please no dressy clothes or children’s clothes. And we need more make donations than female. Remember that most on the street are very small. Belts are great to do that those that can’t find something in their size they can still have new clothes

We’ll be going down Nov 26. Right now we’re trying for the 4th Saturday of each month. We also have a blanket drive that is at church.

I just wanted to let everyone know that this month we won’t be able to do FGG. I got out of the hospital Friday evening but I’m having trouble getting my strength back after 14 days in the hospital with blood clots and two different infections I’m on a 24/hr antibiotic infusion. We also haven’t been able to do any recon on where we could setup to feed the homeless I need to call the city contact that I have but this week I’ve been rescheduling appointments that I had to cancel for those 14 days I was in the hospital. Our plan is to go Friday and just see where everyone is now and if they found somewhere for them to all be together and not so spread out or what’s the word on the street!

So excited to be finally going out with a trailer tomorrow to go downtown and get some love and nessties for those we care for downtown!! It’s been two + years since we’ve been able to bring cloths, food & the love of Jesus to all those that need it!! ❤️❤️❤️ we’ll be meeting at the church at 10 and be downtown by 11. Then we’ll stay for 3 hours so that we can get some much needed love and enjoyment with being able to spend our time with those that live on the streets. It’s all about making them feel like they aren’t alone because they aren’t. We’re there for them bd with them!!! We’ll be doing hot food and clothes!! And then just getting to spend time with everyone!! Come join us if you’d like!!

We’re getting excited!!! This coming Saturday (July 30) from 11-2 we’ll be going downtown with our new trailer!! It’s been a long time since we’ve been blento setup and just loving on people! If anyone would like to volunteer for Saturday it would be greatly appreciated! Also tomorrow from 1:30-? We’ll be doing the final prep for the trailer and would also love if you could come help! We’ll be doing hamburgers, hot dogs and chips for everyone that comes tomorrow! Send me a DM if you’d like to come help and I can give you our address.

We need hangers if you’ve got extra or like the metal ones from the dry cleaner. Also we’ll be putting the rest of the stuff we need to go downtown next Saturday from 11-2. Any volunteers that would like to go down we’ll be meeting at the church at 10 & leaving at 10:30 for downtown. We’re going to do tacos because someone donated four huge cans of taco sauce. So we’ll be purchasing meet, tortillas, Cheese & lettuce. We have to stay away from tomatoes though because I’m supper allergic. And we’ll be purchasing chips and water

We worked on the clothes we have in our shed again today!! And we got rid of about 7 bags that had kids clothes and business clothes. But we went through about 30 bags today and have them all in bins and labeled to exactly what they are. So we’ll be able to hang them up when we get more hangers and then have them labeled so we can replenish when we’re downtown or when we get back home before the next week starts.
