Chelcee Porter is the founder and CEO of Porter Wellness, a functional medicine consulting company focused on helping women optimize their health through a root-cause, physiology-based approach so they can create greater impact in both work and family life.

After experiencing her own health journey and seeing firsthand how wellness directly affects performance, Chelcee discovered functional medicine and completely transformed the trajectory of her life. That experience inspired her mission to help other women do the same — and ultimately led her to build her own business when she realized there wasn’t an existing path for pharmacists in functional medicine.

“I joined NAWBO after two members separately told me in a one week span that it was where I needed to be!” 🤍

Scaling You to Scale Your Business 🚀✨

What an incredible energy at our recent NAWBO Brunch & Learn! We dove deep into the mindset shifts required to take our businesses, and ourselves, to the next level in a discussion surrounding the book 'The Science of Scaling'.

If there was one overarching theme from our discussion, it’s this: "You don’t scale a business. You scale a person." True business growth always starts with personal growth. As women entrepreneurs, leading our future businesses means stepping into the leader we need to become today.

Here are the key takeaways from our discussion to help you realign your strategy:

🖼️ FRAME: Set a goal that feels impossible to force entirely new, innovative thinking.

🪵 FLOOR: Raise your standards. Establish a higher baseline and ruthlessly eliminate the tasks and habits that don’t scale.

🎯 FOCUS: Stop the busywork. Spend your valuable time exclusively on the activities that create the biggest impact and the highest results.
