Day 1 brings us together for crisis management training, conversations around mental health across mitigation, response & recovery, and insight from local leaders. Day 2 takes it into action with an emergency exercise, access & functional needs panel, full-scale exercise, and community reflection—plus optional beach yoga to start the morning. 🌅
This is more than a conference. It’s about building a network that’s prepared to show up when South Texas needs us most. 🤝🧠
