Scaling a non-profit shouldn't be about turf wars or duplicating programs that are already working. When we expanded R3 Generations into Dallas, we partnered directly with Juliette Fowler Communities, local churches, and county probation officers to bring accredited diplomas, mentorship, and counseling under one roof.

The result? Nearly 500 youth served and 75+ graduates in our very first chapter.

Imagine putting in late-night work, overcoming massive life barriers, and crossing a graduation stage... only to be told your high school diploma isn't recognized. 💔

For years, opportunity youth in foster care or the court system have been handed unaccredited diplomas by programs with zero accountability. When they apply to college, trade school, or the military, the door gets slammed in their face. They did everything right, and the system failed them twice.

When we built NuGenerations Private Schools, people told us getting regional WASC accreditation for a virtual dropout recovery model was "impossible". We were met with door after door of "NO". We refused to accept second-rate options for young people who deserve the very best.

We fought for 6 straight months and secured official, retroactive WASC regional accreditation! Even though Jerrick couldn't be there in person for graduation last night, she made sure to take time right before the ceremony to pour into her students, send encouraging words, and celebrate their hard work.
