A few weeks ago, the Q***r Women’s Strength Club had the opportunity to learn from J. Scriven and the crew at Mighty Eagle Sumo, and y’all… it was one of the most fun things we’ve done all year.

I think a lot of us showed up expecting it to be easy. It was not. 😂

Sumo challenged our strength, balance, conditioning, confidence, and ability to stay calm while someone is actively trying to move us. It pushed us physically and mentally, and every single person left smiling.

If you want to see some absolute badasses compete, come out and support the women stepping onto the dohyō.
