You’re the big-hearted person who loves deeply and intensely and you deserve nothing less than what your heart desires. You deserve to receive the same loyalty and commitment that your heart gives. Your heart is worth infinite honest love because you offer the kind of love that is pure and unconditional. You’re worthy of choosing to be around people who will welcome and appreciate your big heart and every part of you.

If someone makes a comment that you are “too emotional” don’t let it get you down. Think of it instead as a compliment. You may even think to yourself “Thanks - accessing my emotions is one of my superpowers.” It may not even be worth trying to convince someone (who feels so weak as to put you down) that you are right on track.. Emotions are messages and you, unlike many others, are tuned in.
